We would like to purchase on account, is that possible?
Purchasing on account with a payment term is generally possible with us. This payment method is available without restrictions for existing customers, as well as for authorities and public institutions. For new customers, we reserve the right to conduct a verification and potentially adjust the payment method..
We would like to order larger quantities of products. Will we receive a quantity discount?
You can find bulk prices on each of our product detail pages. We are also happy to provide you with a individual quote - please feel free to send us an email with the desired products, lengths, and quantities.
Where is my order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email. This confirmation will also include the tracking number from DHL or UPS, which you can use to track your shipment.

Can I place an order if I live outside of Germany?
We ship our products throughout the EU. Shipping outside of the EU is also possible in some cases.
